Speeds, No Cell Service in Large City

I’ve been a member with Verizon for 7 years and recently cell service is terrible. Even when connected to WiFi, nothing loads. I know it’s not my phone, I spend two months troubleshooting that and I know it’s not my WiFi. It’s you guys. 

there is no reason for such a rich company to be so fn cheap. Do better or I’m going elsewhere.

If your phone won't connect to the internet even when on WiFi at 2.4 GHz, then IMO it is your phone.
