I have a Samsung Z - Fold 4 and after the Feb 19 system update, my phone started acting slow to respond, freezing requiring phone reset for it to resolve, only to happen again. After the Mar 3 system update, it fixed those issues, but when trying to use my IPTV player apps, it will not connect on the Verizon mobile network. It' will only connect using any wifi, or turning on a VPN. Is Verizon blocking the apps after the system updates? Or is there a phone setting affected by the system updates?

That is a bit of an odd issue, especially if all other apps are currently working with cellular data. First thing I recommend to check for that IPTV app, is see if it's currently allowed to use Mobile Data. i recommend contacting Samsung support or sending him feedback about that. or your last option to reset your phone but don't update it again. I think it will work fine.
