Terrible signal now in NW CT

I used to have great service with 4-5 bars everywhere around where I live and work. Now I have 1 bar at best and for some reason when sun goes down I have no service. Been with Verizon over 10 years and now looking at T-Mobile which used to be bad around me and now is the best and cheaper. 

Called in multiple times and the one time Verizon followed up they said nothing has changed and everything working fine but EVERYBODY around me with Verizon experiencing same thing and Verizon doesn't care.

FRUSTRATED!! Not looking forward to hassle of changing service but don't know what else to do. Anybody ever get resolution or a fix from Verizon?
