Can I use the unlocked version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 (model # SM-G930U) with my Verizon service? I currently have the Verizon version of the S7 (model # SM-G930V) but its SIM card doesn't work in the unlocked S7. It sees the Verizon network but won't connect, even after changing the network settings (global, LTE, CDMA, etc).
Will another SIM card work with the unlocked SM-G930?
Thx.

That's a pretty old phone (2016) and while it does have LTE capability, the Android version it uses is seriously out of date. The most it could've been updated to is Android 8, which is going to cause problems with running modern apps.
Swapping SIM cards between devices isn't supported any longer and someone reported it totally broke their new phone.
You could try running the unlocked S7's IMEI on the BYOD compatibility checker, but I wouldn't be surprised if you get messages saying it either won't work or will have limited functionality:

I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
