Connected my Verizon 5G last week and never received an email about my gift card. 4 Chats telling me to check my Account on my phone and on my pc. No option for Gift Card. No Email. What does one need to do to obtain the email /tile to chose my gift card. I have been a loyal Verizon Customer with no complaints for 15+ years. That is why I chose to go with Verizon 5G. I am disappointed.

archerygirl, we are sorry to read that you are having issues with redemption. Below are the redemption steps for the gift card. There was a known issue with the tile appearing for customers on their My Verizon App/My Verizon Online. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear.
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: Customers must verify email address
