Been dealing with this for a couple weeks now to no avail. You have the support team telling customers the service needs to be active for 30 days or more then the replies on these community posts are saying the issue will be fixed by 12/13 which, surprise, has not. The terms and conditions state nothing about a waiting period except the 24-48 hours after activation. They also state if the internet is canceled within 180 days they can charge for the amount of the gift card, so why would we need to wait this 30+ days to receive the gift card? And the only thing that even states that is the customer support, it's not even public knowledge. I will be reporting to the FTC if this is not resolved immediately as everyone else going through this should. The tile is there but never redirects you to the website. Aggravating beyond belief and disgusting ethics on verizons part!

The feedback we have gotten back is that the website has the most success. If it happens again can you please clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser? We're standing by.
