So I claimed my gift card on 12/20/23 it has been stuck at we are getting ready to send your gift card. VERIZON customer service and the rebate center customer service said give it 24 hrs. Then the next day they said another 24hrs. Like I don't think they know what they are talking about. Its a different song everytime I call. I want my gift like I was promised when I redeemed it. (Will be emailed 24 to 48 hrs . Its been way over that. Please fix this or im canceling!!
