I’ve been with Cox for almost 8 years and made the switch to Verizon whom I’ve been with for cell service for 15 years after hearing about the wonderful “Amazon Gift Card” offer. It’s been over a week and I cannot find an email with any instructions and the offer isn’t anywhere under my account. It said a letter would be sent out 24-48hrs after registering Wi-Fi and that also has not been done. Anyone with the same issue?
I would like this resolved asap @verizon. Please and Thank You!!!!
