I have been 3 weeks now almost four. I have talked to at least six Verizon agents that I know of I have been put on a 10-day wait, a 7-day wait, and most recently I actually had a tracking number in a promotional code and was down for the final 48 hours only to be put on another 2-day wait. I need a bonus for the aggravation of this bonus that I still haven't gotten yet I'm seriously about to cancel everything and switch to somebody else. I have been with Verizon for over 5 years and I don't think it's too much to ask that if I had something to mind blind and hold my end of the bargain why is it so hard to give me a gift card code. I intentionally did it when I did it making sure that I would have it by Christmas because I need the help for Christmas gifts now if I do I've probably still won't get them delivered on this is definitely made Verizon not look very good at all there's no reason if this is real then I shouldn't have my gift card code by now almost a month. at this point she should send both gifts to echo show and the gift card.
