Received the email about the rebate is ready, I get the Amazon tile in MyVerizon account page, it takes me to "Yourdigitalrebatecenter" to confirm email" and "review Terms and Conditions", I click on "Redeem" it thinks a little bit, and then I get a red box "Technical Error! Please submit your submission again."

I've done it numerous times with no resolution...
