$200 Amazon gift card

Received the email about the rebate is ready,  I get the Amazon tile in MyVerizon account page, it takes me to "Yourdigitalrebatecenter" to confirm email" and "review Terms and Conditions",  I click on "Redeem" it thinks a little bit, and then I get a red box "Technical Error! Please submit your submission again."

I've done it numerous times with no resolution...

Gilbert,  I purchase in Verizon Store Nov. 24th and should get the $200 Amazon card or Dot. Not the xBox promo...

Peter, yes, that’s where I started… As stated above in original post..

I get the icon for “Amazon, Your home offer is ready”.

- I click on it

- takes me to Selecet Amazon Echo Show 10 OR $200 Gift card.

- I click gift card

 - I accept the Terms and Conditions

- I get the thank you for choosing Verizon Hom einternet and to receive eGift card, verify email address and any missing information.

 - I click on “Review Terms and Conditions”

- I Click on “I confirm that I have read and accept the terms”

 - a green check mark appears at the “Review Terms and Conditions”

- I click “REDEEM” box…

- “ I click on the box asking to identify the Turtle..

- It says verified

- And then I get “TECHNICAL ERROR! Please submit your submission again”

Im having issues redeeming mine. I received the email but it just directs me to my notification dashboard. And I’ve tried going to the digital rebate website but don’t know the promo code. Purchased mine December 10th and my offer expires the 8th of February

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: You must verify email address
