250 Costco shop card

I am having an issue receiving the two digital shop cards for Costco. I did add two new lines 10/3/2023. I have contacted Costco and Verizon. I have submitted complaints but not really sure who is to blame. Can someone please help me. All I want is the gift cards I was told I would receive.

So I was able to get this taken care of. I found out it is both Verizon and Costco. Verizon had to contact Costco after the 90 days so they can email the gift card. If you are have this issue call the shop card department 888-668-9668 to make sure they have the card listed in your account if not they can send a request to Verizon or issue the cards to your email.
