I have spoke to 5 people, on chat, on the phone, and then was told to call the rebate center. They all say they can see I should receive my Amazon gift card for signing up for the internet but I have not received it. The first 4 people I spoke to said I would receive communication or an email with it within 48-72 hours...3x 72 hours came and went and I received nothing so contacted them again. Each friendly agent has told me it will be coming and nothing comes. The person at the rebate center disconnected me twice to then tell me that I will be receiving correspondence in 72 hours. I have been dealing with this for 3.5 weeks. Super frustrating. Any guidance on how to get it resolved?

I finally received the "tile" in my app. I activated the tile and it says it would send an email with the gift card in 48-72 hours. That was a week ago and I have received nothing in my email. Can you tell me what I need to do next to get the gift card?
