I am seeing where others have posted about not being able to claim the $200 Amazon gift card nor the Xbox. I am having the same problem and have already spent time reaching out to customer service but I am still not receiving the email with the gift card and I wonder if the entire offer was false advertising. Someone at Verizon needs to reach out to me or that is what I will have to assume.

Please tell us, is the tile for the Amazon gift card also missing from your My Verizon account? If so, is it missing when you access your My Verizon account both from the app and the actual desktop site?
