I am seeing where others have posted about not being able to claim the $200 Amazon gift card nor the Xbox. I am having the same problem and have already spent time reaching out to customer service but I am still not receiving the email with the gift card and I wonder if the entire offer was false advertising. Someone at Verizon needs to reach out to me or that is what I will have to assume.
