Chromebook Go Home Offer

When I try to redeem my home offer for the Samsung Chromebook Go, it keeps bringing me to checkout where I have to pay $370.99. I was on hold a majority of the 1 hour and 21 minutes yesterday and it was still not resolved. I was lied to and told I was being transferred to the department that could redeem this offer for me manually, but apparently that dept doesn't exist because the person said they could only "appease" me by sending $350 in Verizon gift cards. Why would I want a gift card that may or may not even come? I signed up for Verizon home and internet in the end of Aug/beginning of Sept. I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel anytime I've called them and no one can ever actually do anything. This is the most frustrating service I have ever experienced. I just want what was offered to me, simple as that.
