Costco 250 dollars rebate

I bought 4 phones from Verizon Kiosk at Costco Avon Ohio in October'23 and I was told I will be getting 250$ costco gift card/line in January and still have not received yet. I called Verizon many times but no help. Called costco and asked me reach out to Verizon, What a vicious circle. Can someone help here?

I was never told to submit any rebate for Costco gift cards . I did one for Verizon which I got. I was told after three billing cycles , I will automatically get the Costco cards
