I bought 4 phones from Verizon Kiosk at Costco Avon Ohio in October'23 and I was told I will be getting 250$ costco gift card/line in January and still have not received yet. I called Verizon many times but no help. Called costco and asked me reach out to Verizon, What a vicious circle. Can someone help here?
We are sorry to read that you've been having issues with your rebates, we'll be glad to look into this. Do you have the submission ID for the cards? When did you submit the rebates?

I was never told to submit any rebate for Costco gift cards . I did one for Verizon which I got. I was told after three billing cycles , I will automatically get the Costco cards
