So I've received the email stating I can redeem the offer for either the show three device or a $200 Amazon gift card I selected the Amazon gift card and my screen just went blank and now the offer is unavailable. No confirmation email or any way to follow up. Any suggestions?
Iโm unable to get any help on my gift card and rebate. Thereโs no email for the rebate just the Amazon gift card. But I canโt find it and the rebate has not come through.

We want to make sure you're able to get your offer ASAP. There's a planned fix for this issue on 12/13/2023 and we recommend waiting until then to try and redeem the offer for a speedier resolution and delivery of the gift card.
