This whole thing started on June of 2023. I got Home Internet through Verizon to get the $200 Home Depot Gift Card. It’s now 2024 and no gift card yet. I’ve talked to 4 different Verizon customer service agents, and all have told different things. I have receipts. I received an email that said to wait 65 days until activation, and I will receive instructions to redeem the gift card. No email was ever sent, and they can’t find the email that I’m referring to and have. Really frustrating to have been on the phone for 3 hours and no resolution…..
