I signed up for 5G LTE back in December. I never received my Xbox series X code and have been messaging customer support everything week since then. I’ve been told each time it would take 3-5 days to get a new code and I have never received one. The deadline has passed to receive the offer so I just missed out on the opportunity of a free Xbox. I haven’t had the LTE for 3 months and today it just stops working.
