I ordered Verizon home internet during Xbox series s promotional offer and original email I received stated : As part of your order, you qualify for either an Amazon Echo Show 10, Xbox Series S or a $200 Amazon.com Gift Card, on us. Once your service is activated, we'll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your offer. When I received my claim email it no longer stated Xbox series x as part of the offer and I am unable to claim Xbox series s

So when I got the promotion message from Verizon to get a Xbox series s AND an Amazon echo or Amazon card. When I read that I took that as I would an Xbox and a gift card. And after I took that promotion I was never sent a link to redeem the Xbox, I was only sent a link for the gift card. And after talking to customer service, they said I could only choose one or the other so I was told I wouldnโt be getting an Xbox. The promotion was very miss leading.

They promised me an Xbox as well. That was the only reason that pushed me to sign up for the service. I even printed out the chat logs that I spoke to with a Verizon customer service agent. When I went to go redeem my offer the xbox was not there.

For clarity and not to confuse Verizon anymore on their offer.....on Cyber Monday they offered an Echo or Amzon gift card AND and Xbox. I have the promotional screenshot. I had to fight to get the Xbox, as apparently Verizon doesn't know what deals they offer. I'm still waiting for Amazon Gift card. I was promised 24-48 hours. Did not arrive. Calling again tomorrow. Constantly calling and chatting. I'm seriously close to contacting the BBB

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your Amazon gift card and Xbox redemption. There's a known issue with the redemption of offers that's being worked on. There's a planned fix coming on 12/13/23 and after that you'll be able to redeem.

I am having the same issue as everyone else. I was able to claim the Amazon gift card, but no tile to claim the xbox. If there was a fix today it did not work.

Good afternoon Young Meezy. Please try this:
Below are the redemption steps for the Xbox offer. There is a known issues with the tile appearing for customers and the anticipated date of correction for that issues is Dec. 13. Please let us know if the below steps don't resolve your issues or the tile doesn't appear after 12/13.
1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".
Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.
4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series S console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series S console is shown.
5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.

Same here. Activated 5g home last Saturday. No x box, no gift cards, no emails. 4 chat sessions and 2 calls. Verizon support is non existent. This is standard bait tactics. They will try to keep you the service for 60 days, and after you will not be eligible for anything. Agents only interest is to make a sale, not to honor anything. If you didnโt receive the promotional on the same day, after activation, it means you will not receive it at all. So just keep the service if you like, but you will waste hours for nothing, trying to get the promotional value

I also signed up last week and no xbox or verizon giftcard. ive tried reaching out to reps via chat and phone but no resolution or answer. I understand the 60 day thing but i cant even get a confirmation email or proof

We wonโt get it. If you like the service, you can keep. They just hope people wonโt cancel the internet, but there is no way they will honor this promotion. I kept my comcast, and they match the price of Verizon. So will cancel.
