I have had my new internet working for 2 weeks now and still have not received my gc. The tile thing hasn't shown up on my account and I haven't received an email to redeem it. I have talked to customer service several times. Can someone help please
Hey there, Colvin144, thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry you ran into an issue when trying to redeem your gift card. We are aware of this issue and have implemented a fix as of yesterday, 12/13. You should now be able to redeem your offer using the tile in My Verizon. Please try to redeem your offer once again and if you run into any issues, pelase let us know and we will be happy to help.
