I switched to 5G Home Internet on 12/22/23. I've received my Xbox and my $100 Verizon gift card, but still no Amazon.com gift card. I've contacted Verizon customer service via either phone or chat 8 times now with no success. I'm given a different reason each time I contact them as to why I haven't received the email. First, my email wasn't verified. So they verified it. The last several communications assured me that my request was being "escalated" and that I would receive the email with the details within 2-3 hours.
Still no email. I've also tried finding whatever "tile" is supposed to be accessible in My Verizon, but have yet to find that either, despite help from customer service.
I JUST WANT MY GIFT CARD. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?!
