I’ve been seeing a lot of these posts but I haven’t seen anyone post a solution.
I activated my 5G Home Plus on the 6th of this month. I received the welcome email and in that email it told me I was qualified for one of the Amazon gifts but I’ve yet to receive a email or anything on myVerizon allowing me to redeem one of them. I’ve spoken with several on the phone and chat reps and no one has been able to assist me with a resolution that made sense. I am here as a last resort. Was anyone able to get this resolved and can you point me in the right direction, please?

Okay so here’s an update. I was able to finally redeem the Amazon gift I wanted. It was supposed to be delivered to my email address within 24-48 hours. Here we are 96 hours later and I’ve still yet to receive any email containing the gift.
Is there any chance someone went through the same issue as me and was able to get help or anyone currently experiencing this issue? How do I get help?
