Unable to redeem Xbox series x offer

The tile appears on my home page, I click and accept the terms, and then I receive a "There was an error when adding this Xbox Series X promotion to your Verizon account." I have cleared the cache and am still unable to redeem it. Verizon has made this whole process a nightmare

Hi, I'm really hoping a Verizon representative step. Send and handles my situation. Because I like your service and I don't want to cancel it. I have had such a terrible experience. Just trying to redeem what you guys are offering. I understand there are glitches in the system. And I need to be patient which I am.  Where are you still have unresolved issues and would love to see a verizon wrap step in in a resolve my issues before a long time verizon, sally or customer goes to a competitor for service.

Good mornimng Reckless310. We would love to help. What error are you running into? Where are you attempting to redeem this offer? Was this onlin or using an app?

 

Here is how to redeem:

1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".


Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.


4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:


Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select. 


Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series  console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series  console is shown.


5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.

I just spoke with customer service last night and they told me that after I was guaranteed this console, that I went through the improper channel to be eligible for the promotion and that they would not be sending me the series x! They managed to lock me in for that $200 Amazon gift card however, so if the screw me out of the Xbox, and I decide to cancel my service, then I have to pay back the $200 for the gift card!

Yah today I bought the wifi home thing and Iโ€™ve been trying all day to claim my promo but nothing I get the same message every time

I got my Amazon card and the code for the Xbox but having the same issue now it says they are out of stock and my code isnโ€™t working anyway been working with a great agent on this though

Same problem spoke with 3 different people about this and no help and so many hours trying and at no end of any kind of help just same 10 questions repeated

Can you help me as well? I signed up for Verizon 5g internet, which was supposed to come with a $200 Amazon gift card and a Xbox Series X. 

  • I was told I would need to redeem both on the app, and my account was remarked that I qualify for both. I was able to redeem the gift card but not the Xbox. 

I've spent hours on the phone, in chats, at the store, etc.... They've been sending me in circles, and no one has resolved this! Please help.

I signed up online for the promo offering the Xbox, Verizon GC, Amazon GC and Disney+. I immediately received a confirmation email listing all of the promotional items and in the some print it said I had 60 days to redeem promo items. I was pumped for the #XBOX so I went online to figure out how to redeem my items. I couldn't find anything but the chat came up asking if I needed assistance. Against my better judgement I started typing, 'how do I redeem my promotional items.' After being bounced around I was told my account wasn't set up properly. Customer Service Rep said I had to create a whole new account. Once we were done I received another confirmation email with no promo items and a higher monthly rate. I was unhappy with the results and still didn't have an answer to my question. I tried to escalate the issue but the rep would not help. He assured me everything would be fine after the installation. Here we are almost a week later and 5 calls to Verizon customer service and I still don't have all my promo items or the correct monthly bill. I tried to redeem Xbox but I am not confident it went through. I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet and the tile is still in my offers. If I click the tile the Xbox shows up at full price.  I guess I'm just another victim of Verizon customer service just like these other posts.
