Unable to redeem Xbox series x offer

The tile appears on my home page, I click and accept the terms, and then I receive a "There was an error when adding this Xbox Series X promotion to your Verizon account." I have cleared the cache and am still unable to redeem it. Verizon has made this whole process a nightmare

I got my Amazon card and the code for the Xbox but having the same issue now it says they are out of stock and my code isn’t working anyway been working with a great agent on this though

Here is how to redeem:

1 Sign in to My Verizon.
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Xbox Series S redemption tile under "Make the Most of Your Plans".

Result: The customer is taken to the page to redeem the Xbox Series S.

4 Do the following under the Xbox Series S console redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.

Result: The customer is taken to the Cart with the Xbox Series console with the promotion applied and the price of the Xbox Series console is shown.

5 Select Shipping information.
6 Submit order.

I signed up online for the promo offering the Xbox, Verizon GC, Amazon GC and Disney+. I immediately received a confirmation email listing all of the promotional items and in the some print it said I had 60 days to redeem promo items. I was pumped for the #XBOX so I went online to figure out how to redeem my items. I couldn't find anything but the chat came up asking if I needed assistance. Against my better judgement I started typing, 'how do I redeem my promotional items.' After being bounced around I was told my account wasn't set up properly. Customer Service Rep said I had to create a whole new account. Once we were done I received another confirmation email with no promo items and a higher monthly rate. I was unhappy with the results and still didn't have an answer to my question. I tried to escalate the issue but the rep would not help. He assured me everything would be fine after the installation. Here we are almost a week later and 5 calls to Verizon customer service and I still don't have all my promo items or the correct monthly bill. I tried to redeem Xbox but I am not confident it went through. I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet and the tile is still in my offers. If I click the tile the Xbox shows up at full price. I guess I'm just another victim of Verizon customer service just like these other posts.

I have the same issue as well. Placed the order by calling the sales department. I was able to redeem the Amazon GC, but I did not see any options to redeem XBox X and $100 Verizon GC offers yet.

Hi, I'm really hoping a Verizon representative step. Send and handles my situation. Because I like your service and I don't want to cancel it. I have had such a terrible experience. Just trying to redeem what you guys are offering. I understand there are glitches in the system. And I need to be patient which I am. Where are you still have unresolved issues and would love to see a verizon wrap step in in a resolve my issues before a long time verizon, sally or customer goes to a competitor for service.

Hi Natasha, yes...I only see Amazon offer and I was able to successfully redeem it. However, I don't see xbox x or the Verizon GC offer listed there nor received any redeem instructions via email.

With regard to the Xbox and $100 gift card, this offer is available for digital orders placed online. Earlier you mentioned your order was placed over the phone, correct? If so, this order would not qualify for these promotions.

It's a known issue at Verizon. What they act like you're the first one experiences when you call. I've been going at it for weeks now. I have the equivalent of a part-time job invested into trying to redeem my promotions. It makes it all that's not worth it good luck to all

Unable to redeem is only the beginning of your issues. I already redeemed told different delivery dates by every Verizon representative. Just today representative Trixie and Daphne gave me two different dates. Last week I was given a guarantee then this week they retracted the guarantee. I asked for proof without any success. They said they would notate my account so I notated my experience with the BBB.

Why make an offer if you aren’t able to follow through? They misled me to sign up as a new customer. We will not receive the Xbox and Verizon will just give some lame excuses.

Excuses and conflicting dates are all I’ve been given. It’s shame the process couldn’t be more transparent. I will never order products from Verizon’s store because they do not provide accurate information for customers orders. Verizon is full of excuses , untrustworthy, and misleading.

Been waiting for over two weeks. Last representative said it could take up to six weeks. Which is completely different from the guarantees I’ve received via chat support. We will not receive our consoles , the Fios team will continue to make excuses and false promises.

They made this offer during the holiday season so they should have been prepared to ship orders. Why offer this to new customers if they can’t complete the orders? Any new customers that signed up for this offer will be let down and Verizon will not do anything.

Update: I was able to redeem the Xbox by signing into my verizon from a different device not connected to my home network. However, I dont think is was why i was able to get it. Since i just installed Fios yesterday, i guess it took some time for me to be able to redeem the xbox. Other than this i didnt do anything different

I just spoke with customer service last night and they told me that after I was guaranteed this console, that I went through the improper channel to be eligible for the promotion and that they would not be sending me the series x! They managed to lock me in for that $200 Amazon gift card however, so if the screw me out of the Xbox, and I decide to cancel my service, then I have to pay back the $200 for the gift card!

Not true! They did do something! They managed to lock in the $200 Amazon Gift card for me, so if I cancel, I still have to pay them back for it. All while spoon feeding me lies..

Can you help me as well? I signed up for Verizon 5g internet, which was supposed to come with a $200 Amazon gift card and a Xbox Series X.

I was told I would need to redeem both on the app, and my account was remarked that I qualify for both. I was able to redeem the gift card but not the Xbox.

I've spent hours on the phone, in chats, at the store, etc.... They've been sending me in circles, and no one has resolved this! Please help.
