I am trying to figure out how to get the Forward Program discount. This page says "Get Verizon Home Internet for free with the ACP and Verizon Forward Program discounts."
I have new 5G service for $45/month. I have ACP for $30 off per month. That's $15/month. How do I get the Forward program discount applied. I talked to the rep and they thought it might be automatic, but I see the ACP credit is already applied, but not Forward. There is very little info on Forward except on that page: " Existing customers who qualify for ACP will automatically qualify for our Verizon Forward Program as well. Once you confirm your ACP qualification with Verizon, you'll see updates in plan pricing on your bill. " I checked Reddit and people talked about being escalated to supervisors for this, but it seemed from that text above that it should be automatic?
Can someone from Verizon verify that the Forward plan is being applied?
While I'm at it, how long does it take to see the promotional item offered. I was offered either $200 Amazon GC or And Echo Show. But it said I would get an email on it or there would be a tile in the My Verizon app and I have neither. I have 60 days to claim it and it's only been a couple weeks so I'm not worried about it yet, but it did not say there would be a delay so I have no way of knowing when I will receive anything regarding how to get this gift certificate.

Following up with the community - after a few hours, I got a PM but all it asked is if I still need help. I replied back that I need help with exactly what I wrote in the post. It's been close to 24 hours since then and no reply. So far, this hasn't been very helpful. I will continue to post back with what happens so others can know what to expect.

Update: I got this reply this morning "We apologize for the delay. We can provide some information on the ACP discount. Please review this link: https://www.verizon.com/home/internet/acp/ ~Peter"
The problem is that they didn't even bother to read my post because I linked that page in the post and quoted from it. So they provided me no information and ignored the part about the gift card. I replied with the below and will see what comes next. So far it's nothing they couldn't have answered in public to help others, which is the purpose of a forum.
"Sorry, this doesn't come close to helping. I have the ACP discount already applied. As I said in my post, I need help with the following two items:
1) The page you linked says: "Get Verizon Home Internet for free with the ACP and Verizon Forward Program discounts." And it says: Existing customers who qualify for ACP will automatically qualify for our Verizon Forward Program as well."
The use of "as well" implies that in addition to ACP there is a program called Forward that I qualify for "automatically" and from the first sentence it says I get internet "free." Well, right now, I have a $45 5g plan and get $30 off for the ACP. I want to know where the other $15 discount is to bring it to "free."
2) I was promised a $200 gift card for which I would get an email after installation. I have 2 months to "click on the tile" in the app. But there is no email and no tile in the app. Multiple people have reported the same issue on the forum so I assume I need to get help from you to get this gift card."

I know this was attempted previously, but to in order to review your account for details regarding the Verizon Forward, we would need to gather some account specific details. Also, there was a known issue regarding the tile showing for customers to complete the redemption process for the promotions you mentioned. This morning I was sent a link in private message so that they could look at my account. If they tell you this, click on the link quick because the first link timed out after less than 10 minutes and they needed to send a second one. I was not told that this would take me to a live chat, and was in the middle of fixing breakfast, so they could be better about stating that.
The social media rep (John) was very nice and seemed thorough. He told me the same thing Andi did below about the Amazon Gift Card. There is a known issue. They can start the process internally to get you the card, but he suggested that might actually take longer than the likely fix on or before 12/13, so I said I could wait.
For the Forward discount to bring my service to $0 per month, he thinks since it's early (I just got my ACP discount a few days ago), I may need to wait a little longer. The ACP discount showed the same day, but it is possible the Forward discount will take another week. He says he will follow up with me in DM before the end of the month here on the community. I will update when I hear back and/or get the discount applied.
I appreciate that I did get through to someone eventually that provided good information, even if it did take longer than it should have.

A CSR said on this thread: "The anticipated resolution for the tile fix is slated for 12/13."
It's the evening of 12/13 and there haven't been any emails or tiles show up for the $200 Amazon credit. Was the date pushed back? Thanks.

I got my first statement for the 5G Home Internet and was told that my ACP discount was being applied (on the phone several weeks ago), but in this first billing statement which I received today I don't see any ACP discount on the bill. How long does it take for this ACP discount to be applied to the bill?? I have it set up for auto draft on the 2nd day of each month. So am I going to be charged without the discount being applied, despite already receiving approval and having been told that the ACP discount has been applied to my plan/account?

I am not sure if anyone helped you yet. This is what I figured out so hope this helps you and everyone else with questions. If you go into the app and press account tab at bottom , then in the next page it takes you to you would go to account activity and notifications. On the next page it will have view and manage exclusive offers that’s where I was able to find my gift card and promos. You have. To click redeem and check out and then after they will email you the cards that you can redeem the codes and stuff. Hope this helps.

I, too, would like to know when the Verizon Forward credit will be applied to my account that already has ACP applied to it. If the Verizon Forward credit does not get applied to my account now, I am going to cancel everything, which is my postpaid line, and the 5G Home Internet.

I also have been having issues with getting the ACP applied to my account and have the $0 for 6 month offer for Verizon Forward. I've consulted with at least 5 different reps, all whom said they will take care of it and it will be applied to may account within 4-6 days. It's been almost 2 months now, and still nothing applied.

Sadly, ACP ended in May. It was a government program that wasn't renewed. Verizon couldn't give it to you even if they wanted to. You can Google it.

i think you meant forward not acp right? i’ve been approved and went through everything and still waiting since very early july. luckily reps i’ve spoke to credited my account for some of discount credits i haven’t gotten still but it doesn’t even seem to be happening. so i plan to just keep contacting monthly for my discount to be added manually until solved
