Sign up on Dec.18 2023 for service and I receipt all the promos, and I redeemed, but pro mode for Xbox Series X I had redeemed, and they have processed it and it was shipped. It was also marked as delivered by UPS, but the investigation between UPS and Verizon was done, and was issued a new redemption for an Xbox Series X so I redeemed it and got the confirmation for the order. As of now I have it yet to receive any type of Update or a tracking number. And was also later to buy rent when I called in that Verizon is out of stock for the eggs. Wellt can take a month to maybe two to even receive what should I do even when I pay for priority delivery for the next day? A few days it be a whole month of service and 1st bill is due I already paid in advance, but still haven't received my console. Can anyone help me?
