I switched to the Verizon 5G home Internet on November 2023.
After the 60 days I got an email from Verizon which said that in order to claim the Verizon Home Internet $200 Verizon Gift Card, I simply do the following;
- Sign in to your "My Verizon" account.
- Find the “Exclusive Home offers” tile under "Make the most of your plans" and click it to get started.
- Choose your desired offer and follow the prompts to redeem.
- Enjoy your offer.
Well, guess what, I did just that but the "Exclusive Home offers" tile does not exists. I have since spoken to 3 different Verizon Reps via Chat and they assured me that they'll send me the proper link . One even told me that he'll send me the link within 24 hours but I never received that link.
I have received 3 different emails saying the same thing with the same above directions. Still the tile is not there and I'm unable to claim the gift card. The latest email tells me that "time is running out and have 7 days left to redeem the offer".
I saved the "Chats" with the different Verizon reps for proof of my attempts.
Please help me before time runs out on march 10th, 2024!
