Up until December '23, I was paying $10/mo extra for 5G UW on my iphone 12 pro max. I had to put a pause on that, as I lost my job and was trying to lower expenses. Ever since March '24, I have been trying to get it added back on, and VzW is telling me that I can't. Is this allowed? How can they just remove an add on like that?
