5G dropped out

It has been two days that I haven’t had 5G service in an area where I have always had it. I currently only have LTE at this time. I’ve done all the troubleshooting from restarting my phone to a hard reset only for nothing to happen. I tried to get assistance via customersupport; no solutions. Nothing online says there’s an outage, update or anything going on that could impact the service.
is there ANY info or solution to this????

It's possible there is a network issue in your area; I was having problems where my phone was inexplicably draining battery faster than normal for several days, before a network outage was posted in the "Check Network Status" link. Like yourself, the only other thing I noticed was my phone mysteriously being stuck in LTE when it's had a 5G icon showing continuously for over a year since the towers were upgraded.
Otherwise, the only other things I can think of are:
1) If your neighborhood has grown a lot in recent times. More devices connecting to the towers means more congestion, and if it's a regular occurrence with towers constantly being congested, they're not keeping up.
2) Your service plan isn't one of the top 2, which means you're subject to some level of deprioritization.
3) New construction in your neighborhood or some other source of interference blocking Verizon reception.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
