Our Community has terrible Verizon Wireless COverage. It is like a dead zone. Phones are all but unusable unless on WIFI. Service is barely one bar LTE at best and often no service.
SE Ocala, Florida 34480 and surrounding roads.
How can we ask for improved coverage in this area. Surrounding areas are all 5G once you get out of this area.

When I checked the coverage map with that ZIP code, there are quite a few areas which are 4G LTE only, no 5G. Is the neighborhood you're asking about near one of the lakes? Because if it is, then the lake is the likely culprit for your reception issues. You can provide network feedback on the "Check network status" link at the right, under the box "Get help from Verizon", but even if Verizon is aware of the problem, it's one of those Rome wasn't built in a day things, so no telling when things will improve. 😞
