Bad service mukwanago wi area

For the past 30 days anytime I get near Mukwanago Wisconsin where I work, my phone will not send or receive texts, no data, if I do get a call it will not connect to be able to answer, if you do get a call to go through, service is so terrible you can’t hear or it drops.

i have been on the phone with tech support and keep getting the answer of “the engineers are working on the towers, we’re so sorry”.

I called and complained every single day and they say there is no ticket on the system for an outage but yet we went to the Verizon store and 5 other families were in there with the same issues. There is people in the community page on Facebook every day complaining that their service is bad too. Verizon what is happening?

I demanded I get a credit in my bill for not being able to use my phone the last 30 days. If this keeps up Verizon you will be losing 100s of customers in that area.

Thank you for alerting us to the issues that you are experiencing. We understand how important it is to remain connected and have reliable service. We do see that a ticket has since been opened alerting of issues in that area. Our network team is aware of the issue and will be working to get these concerns addressed as quickly as possible. If Wi-Fi calling is available to you in the area, we do recommend connecting to Wi-Fi and enabling Wi-Fi calling on your device.
