Cellular Network Traffic Tracking

Hi All,

We are using cellular IOT devices and sometimes some of the devices are using a lot of data.

How do we determine where the packets are going to over the cellular network?

SpeedySnail, thank you for sharing some of what you are experiencing. Can you share more with us about what details it is that you are hoping to track? What type of devices are you using? Are you looking to limit the usage on any of the devices?

Hi Andi,

We  use about 400 DIGI WR44  Routers that have 4G cellular modems  and we are trying to figure out what is causing the excess data usage.  We have not been able to find the cause of the problems using their built in network diagnostics so we were wondering if Verizon might be able to help.

I found an article that says Verizon tracks everyone's data for advertising purposes, so I was wondering if that was available to us, maybe through our business portal or some other portal?
