I've had 5G Home Internet for a while now. For the past month I've had to reboot my router several time a day due to no internet. I log into the router's web interface and everything shows CONNECTED but none of the devices in my house can connect until I reboot the router. It's annoying and to the point now that I doubt that I want to keep this service. Verizon's automated bots never find anything wrong. WiFi within the house is fine. I can browse my network shares just fine. I'm an IT pro for 20+ years so don't throw some fark "check this" stuff at me.

GobbleDeGook, we're sorry to hear that you keep having to reboot multiple times a day. We want to make sure that you're able to get reliable service at home without any issues. It definitely sounds like you know what you're doing settings-wise, but something you might want to try is repositioning the 5G Home device to get better reception. The router has been in the same location for over a year with no issues. I routinely get ~300Mpbs down. The issue is traffic just stops for no reason. This lasts for a few minutes then corrects itself or I just reboot it. When I look in the router's web interface, everything shows "connected". This just started a couple of weeks ago. I have my phone in the same room and it has data service while the router doesn't.
