When I am in my house and on my cell phone - the conversation drops and then returns several times. I have contacted Verizon and have done a reset and it continues. My neighbors in my zip code have the same issues. I have an 11 pro but it is happening to neighbors who have the most recent phone. I would say this has been happening for a few months. I do not drop parts of my phone conversation anywhere else.

If you and your neighbors on Verizon all have call quality problems in that one location, it's a network issue and not your phones. Dead zones can occur anywhere and have numerous causes, so it's hard to say why it's happening for the area in question. You can use WiFi while in the problem area, try getting a network extender or 3rd party signal booster system, or switch carriers to someone who works better.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
