I did trade in 3 phone and port my 3 lines in and open 2 other at verizon “supposedly” better 5g network. I am mostly on LTE when contacted tech support was told most time I will be on LTE because coverage here is spotted for 5G. The issue came when ai wanted to leave. This phones where purchase 3/6 I called 3/16 to leave and have been given the run around. They will not credit anything from my trade ins, in fact they want me to pay $250 restocking fee for there spotty service. I been with support over and over . One call was over 2 hrs long because a rep had put in tickets so I can take the devices to another carrier and boom , case denied when I got to the other carrier was told I couldnt port the equipment or lines. I requested a supervisor to listen to that call from 3/24 and still today 4/2 I was told no resolution and no one has listen to the call. I feel it is a trap so I go over my 30 days service satisfaction and be stock with them. This has been an AWFULL experience and service a total nightmare. @verizon worst company ever. I need to know how to escalate this to the office of the president or the board for a formal complaint.
