So since 2/20/25 I’ve been losing service, dropping calls phone goes into SOS mode satellite shows and the. Regains service and repeats. Lost, SOS, satellite, regains repeat. This is constantly happening like every minute or so impossible to make a long call over a minute and. Can’t even do WiFi calling. Reset network settings ran diagnostics said eSIM error Vzw resynced to network did nothing. Added T-Mobile to 2esim and it’s doing the same thing.

Assuming the other carrier's eSIM is not giving you any incompatibility problems (won't work because phone is locked to Verizon), if the other guy's service is also not working on your phone, makes me wonder if it's the phone. Is it possible the phone is damaged?

It transferred of just fine. But as of 2/20/25 I started losing service constantly. It was also happening in town with full service but they fixed town. My house nope still does same thing before the 20th always had bar or two been here 10yrs no issue ever. Now they are telling me it’s the trees. Common sense tell me they did something and haven’t fixed it or changed something and sorry that’s the way it be from now on.

Oddly enough my T-Mobile was working fine till I switched it to this phone. Had to wait 60days before being able to bring it to this phone

If Pink Logo Place's service is also not working (dropping calls, SOS, satellite access only, etc.) then I think it's the phone. The reason why you had to wait 60 days is because the phone was locked to Verizon before that. But that's pretty odd that even the Pink Place's service is failing when you brought it to your new phone, which makes me think there's a hardware problem with the phone. If you have insurance or it's still under warranty, get it checked out at a repair shop and perhaps try to get a replacement?

Yep I checked with Apple and they ran three different diagnostic test and everyone came back clean no issue. But i agree it’s got to be something.

Sounds like radio firmware flash/update issues. Possibly carrier settings pushed through incorrectly or for a carrier locked device. Try logging into your carrier account via a web browser on a different device, ideally a non-mobile device like a laptop. Make sure device listed in your account matches the device you currently have (imei and serial if available).
boot device into safe mode and see if problems persist. Are you receiving text messages and calls without issues? Make sure you don’t have duplicate or conflicting settings under your cellular settings. Turn off WiFi calling on other devices, turn data roaming on/off, make sure 5Gauto is selected. Make sure personal hotspot and Bluetooth are turned off, cellular usage statistics are turned on.
Try going to privacy and security, location settings, system, and enable all options including analytics and product improvement.
Report back with results and we’ll go from there. It sounds like it may be a carrier issue, but that wouldn’t/shouldn’t interfere with WiFi. Can you still browse the web over WiFi? Is it just WiFi calling being affected? Same issues if you turn off cell service entirely and try using WiFi calling or even FaceTime (non-carrier)?
