Marblehead MA by the harbor (Riverhead and Devereaux ) used to have great cell service

Now its all SOS...  What happened? This is critical to the safety of the beach goers and those on the harbor. 

Is there a tower down?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support we confirmed you weren’t at the location at the time, where you reported the signal issues. To best troubleshoot a signal/service issue, we always want to troubleshoot your device while you’re there. 

 

If you’re also experiencing issues with signal in a specific location, there’s a few factors that can be in play. There may be an issue with the device. Physical barriers which impact the signals from the network. Being indoors, which can lessen signal penetration.

Hi swimgirl1226, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are here to help! Can you tell us more about the service issues you're experiencing? When did you first notice the issue? When and how often do you witness these issues occuring?

This is a new issue this summer and it is consistent if I moved 10 feet from where I am, I would be in SOS mode and unable to do anything
The area previously had great coverage and no longer does

I would really like you to check to see if a tower is down in the area

Other people have had to switch to T-Mobile in order to get coverage.  I’m sure you don’t want that happening
