The service the last month has been ridiculous in our area... now for the last week we have zero service even if it says we have a bar and 4G. We only seem to have full service for a few hours in the morning then around 10am - 9pm or so there is nothing. Get a random boost where messages will download but then when you reply it takes a long time to send. This is very frustrating since all these storms and not being able to track the weather or recieve emergency alerts. We have been with Verizon for a long time and never had these issues before! YES we have done all the troubleshooting of restarting our phones etc.

Oh, wow! Dealing with technical issues can be overwhelming, especially if you have no service. Verizon is here to help.
When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Who else is experiencing this problem? Aside from the data, any other dilemmas?

It has slowly gotten worse with service going in and out the last few months. But May 19 when we got back from a a trip we had zero service for two days. Then now it's service here and there. Sometimes it just data and sometimes we have zero communications.
It is 2 phones we have on our plan and our neighbor said she is having similar issues. We live in area code 42076.
