I want to file a formal complaint, about the lack of service or solutions to my constant reports and tickets submitted for No service/SOS Only in my area. I have dealt with this issue for more than a year, going through tech coaches, Tier 2 reps, and constantly getting a response of there is nothing wrong/no outage/no issues. I have provided more then adequate information about not being the only one in my area with no service, I have done every fix provided with no correction to the issue.
After receiving the same response for the fifth time, I would like to file a formal complaint.
