No Service/SOS Only

I want to file a formal complaint, about the lack of service or solutions to my constant reports and tickets submitted for No service/SOS Only in my area. I have dealt with this issue for more than a year, going through tech coaches, Tier 2 reps, and constantly getting a response of there is nothing wrong/no outage/no issues. I have provided more then adequate information about not being the only one in my area with no service, I have done every fix provided with no correction to the issue. 

After receiving the same response for the fifth time, I would like to file a formal complaint.

I am having the same issue!   iPhone 15

Only been into it since July 11th - but I'm on my 4th refurbished replacement phone (my iPhone 15 was NEW in February 2024), tried a network extender (that was "defective" because they couldn't get it to work) and spent well over 7 hours on the phone with customer service and technical support, in addition to 5 trips to my local store.  I've had a second number added to my phone - didn't make a difference.  I just filed a complaint with the BBB.  Let me know if you get any help!
