No service Chicago Chicago land area

I live in the Chicagoland area and my phone stopped working about 445. It started to go to SOS mode. I dealt with this months ago and had to get a new number for a day so they could figure something out. I cannot make any phone calls right now. I do have Wi-Fi and I’m finally home After not being able to get home very well without having the Internet what can I do because I can’t even call Verizon

Same situation in Omaha area. Got a notification that said sim not activated and when I called the number,it asked me to enter credit card info to make a payment. Shortly after just hanging up, my phone started working again. Very frustrating!

Same in wisconsin. Though I now seem to have service but the people I’m with do not

Having the same problem. I only can look at anything with my Wi-Fi on. And I was on hold to chat with a Verizon person and it cut me off because it was after 7. So I'm unable to use my phone unless my Wi-Fi is connected. So frustrating.

Having the same problem suburban Milwaukee. SOS mode. My children’s phones do not work. My husband's (that is an older model phone) don’t have issues.
