Poor Network Coverage

After verizon issues last week, we went from 5G all bars to no bars.  Customer Service confirmed signal weak. Network Engineer states no issues. Coincidence that 3 separate phones won't receive signal at home. Work fine elsewhere.

We never want our customers to have problems at home. Let's make sure you're getting the awesome service you need. Do you have home Wi-Fi? If so, have you tried using Wi-Fi Calling? We also recommend troubleshooting using this link here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Just find your device, click "Troubleshoot" and find the issue that best matches your problem.
