Poor coverage

Is anyone else experiencing poor cell Service in WNY? It's absolutely horrible and has been for the past few months. My phone is usually using LTE and it only has a bar, sometimes two. Which is grinding my gears because I'm paying for 5G but I'm not actually able to use it the majority of the time.

Having the same issue!! Beyond frustrating not being able to make calls or potentially miss important calls because of lack of service!

Silver_Luna, we don't want you to keep having issues with service no matter where you are. Is there any specific crossroad or location in that area you're having issues in? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Hello, we certainly don't want your service to cause frustration. When did you start running into an issue with your service? How are voice, text and data affected? Can you please verify your zip code so we can take a closer look at the area?

It seems to be mostly while at work. Zip cope 14223. Text and data barely work. It’s an everyday thing.
