Report Dead Zone

Hi there,

Me and several other tenants in an apartment building in the St Elmo district of Austin TX 78745 have no service in the building. This happens inside my own apartment. I am a verizon customer. My phone is constantly in SOS mode. Please advise.

It started in January. It’s intermittent throughout the day. No changes made. Phone will just randomly go in and out of SOS only mode
