I cancelled my home internet service in February 2024. We moved and they sent the box to the old address. I called and they were suppose to send one to my new address and I never received it. I tried returning it to a Verizon store and a ups store and they would not take it because it did not have a label and because the account was already cancelled they could not bring up the account. Please send me a label or box to return the box. Verizon has already sent me to collections and this is unfair and unethical. Thank you
