My phone goes in and out of sos mode constantly for the last at least three month. My zip code is 20744. Anyone else in this area having this issue. I ‘ve been a Verizon subscriber for about 30 year and now I’m considering switching carriers.
Hello, Mychee1016, I'm sorry to hear you're running into an issue with the SOS indicator on your phone. We appreciate your loyalty over the last 30 years and certainly don't want to see you go. Is this happening at particular locations? When you see the SOS message, are you able to get service by restarting your phone? What model phone are you using?
