Signal dropping repeatedly

The past couple months my signal has dropped progressively more often.   I'm missing several incoming work calls a day, not receiving voicemails, and getting "Call Failed" when trying to dial out about 50% of the time.   I have already replaced the eSim and I have now replaced the whole phone (iPhone 15 Pro), then found out my neighbors are having the same issue.   We have all lived here for years and have never had a signal issue.   Wi-Fi calling and roaming are both enabled.  Our home internet is Fios and is also constantly freezing on work meetings and just buffering if we try to stream netflix/hulu/etc., even with only one device connected to the wifi at a time, which was not an issue in the past.

It happens at home and when walking around our neighborhood.   There used to be 4 bars.  Now there are usually 2 bars and then suddenly 0 bars.  Texting works, as once I get home from work I get several texts throughout the night to return work calls because people weren't able to call me which is a problem when I'm on call.  To call out, I usually have to go into Airplane mode for a minute, then turn it back off and have a signal again.

I've been experiencing calls dropping in mid conversation  too.   I just chalked it up as an  atomspheric issue, because it was happening during the recent  Aurora borealis event.
