I've had a hacker targeting me, the family and our network for over a year. i was hoping Verizon would help but in 8 months two more computers, 3 routers and 2 new verizon phones with 1k$ still owed,the phones are useless. We pay for verizon wireless but were classified as verizon business which allows a fake administrator to control ALL of our devices. 325$ a month and zero solutions against neighbor hackers. Anyone have solutions or similar experiences? Asurion sent a new guy that didn't know anything about how to combat wireless attacks. Inside job ?
