So it’s been 2 weeks and I no longer get 5G service in my home and surrounding neighborhood. I’ve always been able to get 5G connectivity and for whatever reason it stopped. I’ve done all the trouble shooting and nothing works, why am I paying for 5G that’s advertised if I’m not getting it

We're concerned to hear that you're suddenly without 5G and want to help look into this. Can you tell us more about what troubleshooting steps have been taken? How far do you need to get from home for 5G to come back?

Reset my network, air plane mode, turned phone on and off, turned off cellular for a few moments
Doesn’t make sense how I’ve had 5G up to this point and now it’s LTE, sometimes in the middle of the night 5G comes back but it’s for a moment and it drops to LTE
Again this has never been an issue an now it is

Thank you for sharing those additional details with us and for going through those troubleshooting steps. Can you share with us your zip code or city/state so that we can take a closer look at that area? How far from home do you have to be in order for the 5G service to return to your device, if it does return after leaving home? Additional troubleshooting steps can also be located here https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile
