Verizon 5G service in Wake Forest NC

For the past month or so, the service is so bad for Verizon that I’ve even seen SOS appear randomly. Calls drop all the time. Verizon’s ‘suggestion’ was to turn Wi-Fi off. Seriously??? Ever tried to update the OS without Wi-FI? Every time I check network status for my specific location it shows poor connectivity, and states the issue should be resolved in 48 hours. But it hasn’t been. Before you ask 😉 my phone is less than a year old, the OS is current, my network at home is gigabit. I have to go outside the house to get more than a single bar. Just like the old days twenty years ago.
