Website DNS Not Resolving on 5G

My public library website, hudsonlibrary.org, is not currently accessible via Verizon 5G. Patrons have been complaining to us that they are presented with DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN errors. This started about 1 week ago. No device on any other network has shown that error. We've tried all the standard device troubleshooting but this definitely seems to be network specific.

 

I have triple checked with my Web host, domain host, and DNS servers, and all have the correct information. We are wondering if our site was somehow blacklisted on Verizon somehow? I've had no luck through the usual support avenues. Thank you in advance for any help!

I'm having the same issue with my local police website for months asking with my phone dropping service and not having more than it does making me only able to use it on wifi. Other people with verizon and other carriers can load the local police website.

When did the issue start? What recent changes have been made? Aside from the data site loading issues, any other problems? Who else is experiencing this dilemma? Does this happen with other sites?
