no reception in office but TMobile & AT&T work fine! Regretting switching to Verizon

We switched from TMobile a few weeks ago and I get no reception in my office. This is a dealbreaker for me.

I had perfect reception with T-Mobile and my coworkers have no issues with AT&T. Just found out some of them had the same problem with Verizion and switched.

Has anyone solved this problem? I work in a secure gov building so workarounds are limited.

We're within the 30 day return window to cancel, but already sent our TMobile phones to Verizon for trade in.  😞

Ugh.  That's unfortunate your workplace is a Verizon dead zone.  If work is the only place where you have a service issue, you'll have to use WiFi while there.  Verizon does offer network extenders which work like mini cell phone towers, but they have to be hooked up to a wired internet connection to function, so I suspect your employer will not want you bringing in an outside device to hook up to the company internet.  If your service is horrible everywhere however, I'd consider taking the 30 day exit thing, but check your contract details first to make sure you truly won't be penalized.
